Hi guys I was in europe two weeks and Bought a bucket of thunderbolt many people recommended me this product to Increases focus, strength and fighting fatigue, some other pre work outs I used in the past didn't work as expected, any reviews in this thunder bolt pre work out? thank you.

All pre-workout supplements are basically the same thing. When it really comes down to it, a pre-workout supplement isn't anything more then a fancy energy drink. It's basically a flavoured caffeine drink. It would be almost the same thing as drinking a cup of coffee before your workout. It's not going to hurt you or anything like that but it's basically just an expensive caffeine supplement.

If you want something with heavy stims, use the ECA stack -> https://www.evolutionary.org/eca-stack-lose-fat
It is the most effective and cheapest stimulant stack you can put together.

Thunderbolt is also loaded with fillers. Did you read the ingredients list? 11.9g of carbs per scoop. Almost half of each scoop is just cheaper carbohydrate filler.

Pre workouts are all the same thing. Usually some caffeine and other ingredients to enhance pump. There is really no need for these products. If you cant get yourself ready to train then there is an issue. You shouldn't need a stimulant just to be focused on the iron. You can make a much cheaper pre workout with food, a cup of coffee, and dspark. You will get better results at a fraction of the cost.
