i eat 2 meals before i train a huge breakfeast and a shake some oatmeal and a little fruit about an hour and a half before i train. almost every day after i train i puke. is this normal or what.
im off right now, and i do eat small before i train just a shake and some fruit. the breakfeast is 5 or6 hours before i train. i would think it would be digested by then.
