I am on cycle and i was about to get in my workout and i took my preworkout like always and before i could start my workout i had to run to the toilet and released a lot out of me. (sorry TMI i now). afterwards the toilet would not flush so i reached down and grabbed the plunger and felt a pain go down my leg like sciatica. it still hurts. should i stop my cycle and recover or try and push through?
