thinking about changing bulk diet

i have been bulking for a while and its been a high fat low carb diet, other then a carb up day. problem is i dont thing im getting enough carbs on my carb day. would any of you suggest a carb meal (oats, yams or other very clean carbs) every day maybe for breakfast, just something to keep some carbs in me. any suggestions ideas would be great. thanks.
 
Bulking with low carbs???

If your bulking you need to eat, especially carbs. Try to focus a majority of your carbs for your two post workout meals. If your worried about fat gains, just try to eat clean sources of complex carbs (excluding pwo) and maybe cut carbs out of your last meal before bed. Oatmeal is an execellent choice to eat in the morning. Try some 1 cup of oats, vanilla whey protein, 3 packets of splenda, and some cinnamon- and your set with a pretty nutritious breakfast. Man I can't wait to stop cutting and get back to eating big, enjoy it while you can!!!

So then should i eat my fats at meals other then p/w? any other opinions are welcome also,
 
no eat fats post workout also. See the optimal thing for post workout is:

FIRST(Within 20 minutes) High Protein/HighCarb Drink, Creatine and either 1 glass of Grapfruit Juice or Orange Juice OR ALA (but dont do both, becasue the acid in the juice will kill the ALA),Flaxseed oil

SECOND (20 Minutes Later) Baked Potatoe (High GI Carbs), Steak or chicken or tuna or Natural PB, and some veggies
