i have been bulking for a while and its been a high fat low carb diet, other then a carb up day. problem is i dont thing im getting enough carbs on my carb day. would any of you suggest a carb meal (oats, yams or other very clean carbs) every day maybe for breakfast, just something to keep some carbs in me. any suggestions ideas would be great. thanks.
