My BMR is 2178.
So that leaves me with the following ratios (calories from fat/protein are in parenthesis):
1-85% fat/ 15% protein -> BMR-5%
2070cals (1759/311)
2-80% fat/ 20% protein -> BMR-10%
1961cals (1568/393)
3-75% fat/ 25% protein -> BMR-10%
1961cals (1470/491)
4-75% fat/ 25% protein -> BMR-15%
1852cals (1389/463)
5-70% fat/ 30% protein -> BMR-5%
2070cals (1449/621)
This is the part that confuses me most. The foods I will be eating will have both fat and protein. So how do I figure the true #'s out?
For example, day five I need 1449 calories from fat and 621 from protein. So, if I eat a steak with 40g of fat, 33g of protein and 700 calories, how do I break that up to find out the #'s taken in from fat vs. the #'s from protein?
Maybe it's because I suck in math but I just don't understand this part. And I think this is the part that is restricting my gains, well, restricting my loss
Hopefully I was clear enough. I even had trouble trying to explain myself, hehe.
Thanks!
