family is doing well. finally got daughter into residential treatment. turns out she has more issues than we thought. now it's a daily fight with the ins company to keep her I. treatment to.

surgery today to vacuum out all the surgery fat I developed over the last year. will post some before and after pics.

that's tough to hear man, but the good thing is you guys caught it early on in life. Another huge plus for a girl her age is having two loving parents who actually care enough to get help. A lot of teens don't get that these days.

surgery went great, first few hours afterward felt like freddie kruger went mid evil on my abdomen. but getting better with some help from little friend percoset. looks good even with elastic wrap on and swelling you can see a difference. by then of my upcoming cycle I should Gtg hopefully with a kearney six pack, but if not, I will take whatever I can get. no unrealistic outcome as this doesn't mean you get six pack abs just makes it easier to obtain. I used to have a solid six pack and then some, but surgeries, bad eating habits, laziness and work stock an irreversible toll on me. as you saw from I started this journal, I was nasty fat, got about 80% of the way there, the. lost it. this time I am gonna be starting off from a much better position so I can't wait to see how it plays out.

and you drain fluid like a stuck pig thru the holes they put in you to insert the cannula. the pads they use over the openings are maxi pads for heavy days, but no wings. and that is so not. shit. I've already gone thru one set of pads. more to go. even weirder when you take pad of and some leftover fat balls are stuck to it. looks like a booger and it feels weird when you squeeze it and it pops.

yeah as soon as I can stand for a few minutes. got preop photos need to take the post op tomorrow then I will post.

day two after surgery. took pics evening after surgery. All I can say is s holy shit! What a difference. Even with the swelling and unevenness that all goes away, what a difference. It's ridiculous. Love handles completely gone, front is gone. the only thing that would make me look fat after I have healed up is eating too much and getting bloated. Otherwise, I should now be able to really diet down to a solid six pack (I hope) and eat more calories to maintain muscle weight as now I have about 5-6 in or better smaller waist. can't wait to see what final measurements are after everything smooths out and swelling gone. will post up pics as soon as I am well enough to sit upright and process them.

today the swelling kicked in. now I look just gross. still leaking fluid like a faucet out of one hole and now I am it itching. nothing worse than itching when your whole abdomen is numb at the same time. the things we do for perfection.
