So, I am starting week 3 now and so far, it has been a good ride. Fat is coming off, strength up, size coming back. Still need to work on the belly a bit, but I started off in a much better position than when I first started this log. If you have been following it, it reads more like a diary. I have written in it about most everything going on, from diet and lifting to cycling and family life. Even included all of my medical ails. One of my goals in writing this log is to so that everyone can see and understand that bodybuilding is not something that one wakes up and says I am gonna do that. It is a way of life and has its ups and downs, good and bad days, etc. It can get to the point where you just want to give up and never touch a weight again, or diet again. Some people here at elite have seen me go thru just about everything over the last 14 years, my divorce from my second wife and worse and better. I hope that everyone can learn from this and realize that the body building way of life is a commitment for life and the journey is as much the goal as the end result of getting on stage to show off your hard work. Never let anyone tell you differently. Steroids do not make a champion only your inner self and desire to succeed can do that. They are nothing more than a tool to be used wisely and in some cases not at all.
I will continue to add to this log until I am no longer able to, god willing that will be when I am in the ground in 60 plus years from now.
Lol. You still at it? Spoken like a true Marine, we never quit and we always win...
Keep it up, Serg.
