I've tried the sarms, not too much of a fan, and they taste like fermented horse piss!
I hit 225 when I was in college, and then routinely worked out with 185. But I will say this, my elbow tendons paid the price for it years later!
Well, starting second week of kicking cycle back up a notch or two. Stomach already flatter, feeling better and back in the groove. That 2 month cruise with "normal" eating blows ass! I don't know how people can live like that for years and years, I felt like shit. Fat, lethargic, lower back pains, christ, it's a wonder we have survived the 20th century!
