I do incline bench, flat bench and fly's 8-15 reps light to medium weight, all dumbell curls, cable press downs, ropes and tricep extensions, back, wide grip behind neck, narrow grip pull downs and seated rows, shoulders are side laterals, front raises, shoulder presses, shrugs and upright rows, legs squats rear/front, leg curls, and then lot's of calf raises. All in the 8-15 rep range light to medium weight.
