I just ordered a pair of the neo rings since I had some money to blow. I'll let you all know if they are shit or not.

Been using these rings for a week. When I put them on I can feel my pulse in my fingers, very weird. Nothing has really happened except they are making me lose some sleep since I wake up in the middle of the night with a strange urge to take them off. People are saying my skin looks better but that is probably from the fish oil I have just started taking.

Can't say that I've noticed any huge changes. My hair is still falling out, but not as fast as it used to. I sleep a bit better now and wake up at exactly the same time everyday. That's pretty much it so far...
