I know that low GI carbs and fats are supposed to be better to prevent a lot of insulin release but there are tons of ripped teens who eat junk food. How do they do that, the @#$&*()@#(*&'s!
It would not all be the same; as I stated, imagine eating table sugar for the rest of the diet vs. low-gi carbs and lean proteins and EFAs.
How do the teens do it? with a very fast moving metabolic rate.
