Anyway, I want to compete on stage one day and I've been training for years (certified kickboxing instructor as well), I also train with kettlebells and plenty of lifting, cardio, jumping rope, and working on becoming a certified trainer&nutrionalist, and training in grappling with two blackbelts, one of which is a marine as well...defidently past the "basic fitness" stuff:
But my body hasn't really made much progress in the past year, so I'm looking to get something to help move past that.
