Was a toss up between legs or push and push won. Legs will be tomorrow though as I think I can skip a rest day.

Incline cables

3 sets 25kg x 15
2 sets 30kg x 12
Incline db press
5 sets 40kg - 15,12,10,10,8
Incline db fly
3 sets 20kg x 12
Decline cable
3 sets 25kg x 20 (squeeze)
DB front raise x DB side laterals
2 sets 12.5kg x 12 x 12
Upright cable row x rear delt pull
3 sets 50kg x 15 & 40kg x 15
Pushups
25,15,12,8
Taking focus away from weight lifted and putting focus more into the quality of the movements as I begin to get leaner. Venturing down into the 91kg zone now.. getting fun.
