Was a toss up between legs or push and push won. Legs will be tomorrow though as I think I can skip a rest day.

Incline cables

3 sets 25kg x 15
2 sets 30kg x 12

Incline db press
5 sets 40kg - 15,12,10,10,8

Incline db fly
3 sets 20kg x 12

Decline cable
3 sets 25kg x 20 (squeeze)

DB front raise x DB side laterals
2 sets 12.5kg x 12 x 12

Upright cable row x rear delt pull
3 sets 50kg x 15 & 40kg x 15

Pushups
25,15,12,8

Taking focus away from weight lifted and putting focus more into the quality of the movements as I begin to get leaner. Venturing down into the 91kg zone now.. getting fun.

I believe it'll be another 4 weeks bro provided I stay consistent. Got some stubborn weight holding on at the moment.. tren & clen increase should fix that up

Really been enjoying playing around with comfortable weights and using the connection to push quality reps. Seeing good results also.

Mental state has been tested by my partner and kids who have had take out meals for each meal since lunch yesterday 😂 but I have stayed strong and stuck to the plan.
