make sure you put up some meal pictures this weekend
 
So as for diet and training

My training split is:
Chest/side delts
Back/rear delts
Quads/calves
Arms
Hamstrings/calves

Sample diet
Meal 1: 6 egg omelette
Meal 2: Steak and rice with veg
Meal 3: protein shake (wpi)
Meal 4: chicken and potatoes with veg
Meal 5: Greek yogurt with fruit and nut museli
Will be posting details workouts as I do them and photos of meals and the gear as well
Sassy is posting me the goods asap so as soon as I get it all (hopefully within the week its go time)
@Mrgains2505 looking good on the training but please share details as you go waiting

Tonight was chest/shoulders
Incline press machine
Fly machine
Weighted Dips
Dumbbell pullovers
Side laterals
All exercises were done with as many building sets to warm up as needed to get to one heavy set of 8-10
I then track the weight lifted and try and overload on it the next week with either more weight or reps :)
