Minor bro, we are ramping up slowly as I'm scared of being a fatty again
240p/240c/45f, but coach has given me one high carb day 300+ carbs, plus one free meal to enjoy with the missus.

Dropped down to 86.5kg for the past two days but this morning was at 88kg. Maybe the reverse finally kicked in?

Still just running 250mg test e from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and 60mcg clen.

Eating this for lunch a few days a week.
