Especially the boys gently calling me fat (@Ulter @stevesmi). Appreciate the honestly and it motivates me to keep going.

I'm hoping another 4 weeks of cut is enough for coach to start the reverse, but I'm not in a rush.

Check in with coach today - I've started training at a new gym loaded with prime equipment so I want to have a chat with him about exercise substitutions etc. Then I can get a little more detailed in this log.

Not so much a new diet brother. Just trying to meet the macros coach sets for me.
Currently 240p/200c/45f on training days.
Meals try to be simple - chicken rice and veggies, or chicken potato and veggies, but occasionally I have to keep the missus happy and it blows things out - ie this roast on the weekend which had too much fats.

Check in with coach was good. Locked in what equipment we will use at the new gym, couple of program changes. And another 4 weeks of cutting, which hopefully will be enough.

G'day Legends,

Some of you might know me from my unabbreviated less appropriate username on another forum, but I thought I'd come over here to introduce myself and start my new log.

Very very honoured to be starting a sponsorship with @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and look to do him and @SassyPharmaRep proud with this log.
With his products behind me, there is no doubt.

I'm coming up to what I hope is the end of a cut, ~4 weeks left, then will slowly reverse into a lean bulk before my wedding towards the end of the year.
Aim is to be lean, a bit bigger, and healthy in November.
This cut is the first time in my life I've has abs, and I hope to maintain them.

Some background, I've always been fat, been training natty for many years but couldn't progress. Would lose size when cutting and gain fat when bulking. Bloods showed fairly low T so started TRT in November (6 months ago) and have titrated up a little.

Age: 32
Height: 5'10
Current Weight: 90kg
Goal Weight: ~95?
Coach: Little Tom (dm for details, he doesn't seem to be on here)
Current Cycle or Plan:
Currently on 210mg sus/week, pinned daily.
Will be swapping to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals Test E as soon as my package arrives ❤️
Dose will stay the same for a while, once I'm sufficiently lean and bloods are good, I'm hoping Tom will let me have a bit of fun (pin recklessly)

Also currently on @Raptor Labs clen, 50mcg daily
5mg cialis daily
150mg irbesartan daily
And your normal mix of vitamins and minerals

Training Program: training 5x per week - push/pull/quad focussed legs/upper/hammy focussed legs

Diet Overview: ~2200 cal/day. Drop the carbs on non training days. Roughly equal protein and carbs and low fats. This is probably the hardest part for me, balancing time, nutrition, and keeping the missus (and myself) happy with what we're eating.


I have to give a massive shout out to my coach littletom, only been working with him for a month and already seeing massive changes.

Upper pump brought by @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals this morning and Tom's coaching.

First pin was as good as any that I've had.

Training at a gym with prime equipment so taking advantage of the adjustable load curves to add load at flexion and ease it off at extension to really squeeze and pump.

Won't go into full details but machine incline and machine flat bench, pullovers and rows, lat raise, plus a little bit of arms.
We aren't working with massive volume as I'm in a deficit so just a couple of sets of each.
