Thanks for following brother. I'm running 4iu eod so essentially 2iu every night. Always taken about an hour before bed.Been following this with interest—I'm on a somewhat similar setup (test + GH) and planning to run it a bit longer than usual. Energy and sleep definitely improved once I added GH, but it took a couple weeks to really feel it. Curious what dose you're running and how you're spacing it out? I’ve also been thinking about switching GH brands soon—looking into a few that seem more consistent lately.

@Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep EQ might be working a little too well in terms of estrogen control so might cut this back and up the test and see how we feel.
