Morning cardio was a 30 minute metal workout on the peloton bike which is basically a HIIT session to metal songs.
Training in the evening was chest and bi's.
Meals were consistent throughout the day. Almost 4 weeks into cycle now and feeling really good in the gym. Strength and endurance have both climbed.

Thanks brother I tend to work more in higher rep ranges because of old age and all that haha. But yeah tonight decided to lower the reps on a few exercises and see where I could go

I can see you doing higher reps here bro just checked back imo more reps will shred and tighten you more
