Approved Log Testosterone and HGH Long cycle Log

Hi everyone. Just begun a new log over on Evo and will be logging here too.
Look forward to getting to know you guys and learning from the many experienced members here.

Very grateful and honoured to be logging for Raptor Labs who is going to look after me as I move through this health phase and into cycle.
A few weeks ago I finished up a 16 week cycle using 250 test enth 400 primo and 4iu of GH eod (picture at conclusion of cycle below).

Took a few weeks off entirely, had bloods done recently and everything in range except slightly elevated liver enzymes and haemoglobin.
Not surprisingly test very low (9.8) given I've been off, so will use this as a baseline comparatively when I get bloods done at the 4 week mark using 200mg of raptors test enth. So far two pins in, shooting 100mg twice a week.
Will also be running raptors GH at 4iu eod.
This will be a bridge into a cycle with primo and mast added to the mix when they become available.

Goal is to compete later in the year or early next year, depending on shows, dates etc.
Will be looking for a coach to work with to help guide me.

Current stats

great log @Eveflorence going to follow and see how lean you can get bro

Tuesday March 25th

Really pleased with Raptor Labs GH. Only been on it a week now but feeling full again, recovery has improved and another thing I notice about good GH is my fingernails grow like crazy, which is happening.

Trained shoulders and hamstrings, cardio was a 20 minute HIIT peloton bike session and an hour walk. Meals were consistent- Tuna and rice, chicken veg and rice, Turkey burgers and rice, mince beef and veg etc.

Shoulders:
Military press
40kg X 10
50kg X 10
60kg X 8 X 2 sets

Upright rows
40kg X 10
50kg X 8 X 3 sets

Dumbbell laterals
10kg X 20
15kg X 10 X 3 sets

Prone leg curls
20kg X 20
32kg X 15
40kg X 10 X 3

Good mornings
30kg X 15 (back been tight so took these light today)

SLDL
60kg X 10
80kg X 10 X 3 (as above, lighter due to tightness in back/hips)

Yeah kangaroo is the leanest protein source there is just about. I used to eat it a fair bit but haven't in years. It's not that nice

Do you notice any side effects on that much growth hormone?

I usually start to get carpal tunnel at that dose.
I'm on 4iu eod so essentially 2iu a day. I get pins and needles sometimes but not carpal tunnel

i see a lot of the aussies loading up on masteron and primo along with hgh.

Sounds like you have a well-thought-out plan for your health phase and upcoming cycle, especially with the focus on bloodwork and working with a coach. Best of luck with your prep and competition goals! Looking forward to following your progress.

Monday April 7th

Day 2 of this 5 day trip away with the family. We're staying at a big 4 resort which the Aussie guys would know of. It's basically a massive camping grounds with a tonne of kids activities and parents getting blind drunk. I won't be partaking in said drinking, except for 2 gin and tonics last night.
They have a small gym with enough to keep me sane.

Today I got an hour to myself so pumped out a chest and back session, supersetting a chest exercise followed by a back exercise.
Cardio was an hour walk walking the 9 month old while he slept in the pram.
Usually sleep like shit on first night away anywhere but pinned 4iu of @Raptor Labs GH which had me sleeping like a baby.

Workout as follows

Machine press
Stack (90kg) X 15 reps followed by
Lat Pulldown stack (90kg) X 10
3 sets of both

Incline smith machine
80kg X 10 followed by
Pullups X 10
3 sets of each

Seated cable low
Stack (90kg) X 15 followed by
Cable fly's 25kg X 20
3 sets of each

Never understood that.

Can you stay at a resort Next time, that isn't a bunch of drunk adults? seems like a disaster waiting to happen to me

Yeah, I got a scratch my head at a situation, where someone's gonna go camping and just get drunk the whole time.

What happens if something happens to one of those kids.

And the parents are all drunk. That sounds pretty risky to me.

I may have exaggerated a bit on the drunk adults part. Here in Australia there's a massive drinking culture, particularly when people are camping/on holidays. There's nobody going around drunk off their heads here at the resort, though I reckon when the kids are in bed some of the parents would go pretty hard. But it is common to see parents standing around with a drink in their hand in the early afternoon watching their kids play.

@Eveflorence Good work getting the workout in even on a family trip! Supersetting chest and back is an efficient way to train. And extra points for the pram cardio. Sleep is key, so glad the GH is helping. Keep up the grind!

@Eveflorence bet you got a hell of a pump with back and chest with that workout.

Just started running Slu-pp 200mcg twice a day. I expect it to be a slow burn, hoping to improve mitochondrial efficiency and start firing on all cylinders again.

Incline Dumbbell press
20kg X 20

40kg X 10 X 3 sets

Incline leverage press

Just started running Slu-pp 200mcg twice a day. I expect it to be a slow burn, hoping to improve mitochondrial efficiency and start firing on all cylinders again.

Mother in law is over for a few days so nice to have some extra hands to help and also allowed me to have a bit of time this morning.

Did a 30 minute peloton HIIT session, an hour walk and some chest and quads in the garage.

Wednesday April 16th

Been using slu-pp332 (200mcg) about an hour before training along with injectable L carnitine (400mg) and it has me feeling really energetic. Great little combination for focus and endurance in the gym, not to mention the more subtle benefits that accumulate with prolonged use.

Training in a gym again has also been motivating. Gets a bit mundane working out in your garage all the time.

Today was legs. I'd already hit hamstrings on Monday but no foul in hitting them again.

Hack squats
I didn't realise how weak my quads were until I was humbled by the hack squat.
Only managed one plate a side. 4 sets of 15 to 20, low and controlled.

Leg press
Starting at one plate a side and working up to 5 plates. Again sets in 15 to 20 range. Then drop setting down again as many reps till failure.

Iso lateral leg extensions
3 sets of 20 each leg at 25-30kg

Bulgarian split squats holding 15kg dumbbells
2 sets of 10 each leg

Iso lateral kneeling leg curl
30kg X 15
40kg X 15
50kg X 10 X 2 sets each leg

Prone leg curl
30kg X 20
50kg X 15 X 3 sets
30kg amrap

Seated calf raises
40kg X 20 X 3 sets

Standing calf raises
60kg X 20 X 3 sets

hacks really do work the quads dude, concentrate but go slow on them

one of my training parnters took slu-pp for some time
spoke highly of it! hows it all going for you?
I've noticed increased energy and a feeling of wanting to be more active. Could be placebo as I've only been on it a week but will continue to pay close attention to how it's going

Got my bloods back today after 4 weeks on 200mg @Raptor Labs test enth. Safe to say I'm pretty impressed with the results. This is coming from a test level of 9.8 pmol prior to starting.

Friday April 25th

Happy ANZAC day everyone. I'm grateful for the men and women who have served and continue to serve so that we are afforded the life we have in this amazing country, best country in the world, Australia.

I went to a wedding yesterday and failed to get any photos of the food unfortunately. Barramundi and Beef were the mains and I got to have both as the wife wasn't that hungry.

Today was a rest day from training but did an 800m swim and a 45 minute walk. Will do some stretching when the kids are finally asleep.

Yesterday was a quick quad session in the garage and a 30 minute HIIT peloton bike session.

Quads

Barbell squats
40kg X 20
60kg X 20
80kg X 15
100kg X 8 X 2 sets
Drop setting down again

Bulgarian split squats
12kg dumbbells X 10 each leg X 3 sets

Machine squats
40kg X 20
70kg X 20 X 3 sets

Machine lunges
40kg X 10 X 2 sets each leg
