July 8th my cousin will arrive from uk to my country and she buy me these stuffs *thanks to my lovely cousin*.
And July9th i will begin this cutting stack:

Cycle 4-6weeks:
50 mg Testosterone Propionate
50 mg Drostanolone Propionate(Masteron)
50 mg Trenbolone Acetate

Tamoxifen in hand if increases estrogen too much.
My meals will be 6times/day, Super clean. High protein, less carb(keto diet), good fat.
I will start 150mg/week and see hows its goin.

wheeeeeeeew Trenbolone Acetate. Sweet Jebus that one alone is hard to the core. Not sure if it'd even really be necessary for a woman to stack with that monster.
 
How do you think about protein shakes? Did you feel bloat too?

Are you drinking just protein, or adding carbs in any form to it? Could just be the carbs fermenting in the presence of more slowly digesting protein and causing some gut expansion.

If you drink a whey isolate, which is refined to the point of having absolutely 0 carbs, and even not adding any carbs to it for calores, that might stop the bloat.
 
@rottenwillow : LOL. I drink wpi sometimes with simple carbs, is it not good?? After drink wpi pwo, how long can I eat food? 1hour after? I never heard about gut expansion cause by wpi with carbs, just from you O M G

well not everyone will experience that, but yes carbs can begin to ferment (spoil actually) if they are bound up with a lot of more slowly digesting protein. Problem is you need the calories to grow, right, so you kinda have to suffer with it.

To answer your question though, if it's straight whey concentrate or isolate on an empty stomach, I'd think most of it would have moved on into your large intestine after about an hour and a half. Dont use cold water b/c that slows digestion down some.

yeah PITA if you like cold beverages. You're body will keep cold stuff like milk or ice cream sitting in your stomach until it warms it to body temp. Something about cold stuff not being good for the intestines or something. Cant recall anymore. :lmao:
 
With that cycle and the muscle you are looking to put on you should go with a no nonsense pwo shake:

45 grams prtn
75 grams dextrose
10 grams bcaa's
10 grams leucine
5 grams creatine
