From my Mom's description feels like your on fire basically a sudden flush of heat in your body. AAS wont cause it but an anti estrogen could cause early menopouse.
Post cycle keep your diet in check for sure as well as some OTC supplements like creatine NO2 and glutamine I find can really help. Women don't really need a PCT you might try something like derma cream after your cycle but I haven't tried it my self I know others here have like Rottenwillow so she can give you her two cents on it.
Ill try creatine NO and glutamine. I won't use any protein drink while cycle, I ever drink iso sensation 93 while on cycle,it bloated me. I don't know why.
