Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique please.

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

Love the updates. Thanks man they are very informative. You obviously train like a beast- keep it up. I am looking forward to the rest and especially looking forward to hearing about post cycle and how you feel during and after that.

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

Wow. Hard to believe the change over the past three weeks. I'm lifting hard and heavy about 6 times a week and training BJJ 3-4 times. Not doing any other cardio or conditioning at this point, lots of focus on the weight lifting.

I'm still eating like a crazed beast. I bet you could feed 6 Children's Fund kids on my diet. Without a doubt the hardest, most expensive and time consuming part of this is all the grocery shopping, cooking, eating and cleaning. Its a struggle to get enough meals and calories every day but I'm staying consistent. I eat so much I'm not counting calories anymore and I'm erring on the side of two much food.

Today I weighed in at 175lbs post-workout. Still rocking the 28-30" waist but my abs aren't as defined so there's definitely been some fat gain...which I'm alright with for now. Again, I was 148lbs in August and 165lbs on the last post I made here. My T-shirts are starting to look like I put my wife's shirt on by mistake.

Anyway, pictures tell the story better than I can. Guy, seriously, thanks again for the advice. This has been a fun experience so far. I've had two pimples on my face, and my testicals seemed to actually have returned to normal size despite me still being on cycle. So very, very little side effects to report as of yet.

From left to right, June, August pre-cycle, September 2 weeks into cycle, Last three are from a few days ago.

Ugh, sorry about the poor quality photos and lighting. You'd think a guy that used to be a pro-photographer could do a better job... Frankly, I blame my wife.

nice..

what are your goals now..

do you have a good pct planned..

i hope so..

and what you should do is get on a pct when the time is right and then use all the supps stryker mentioned and it would be a great way to transition back to a 'natural' stack

I would also stock up on unleashed from orbit.. great for a natty guy

Good Luck

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

Yes sir. Taking the advice in this thread and already have what I need....I do NOT want any post cycle issues.

The post-cycle plan is to keep lifting, though probably only 3 times a week, and resume cardio and muscle endurance training. I'd like to lean back out to a really solid 165-170 depending on how much strength and muscle I lose. Everything has been so groovy thus far that I'm a little nervous about becoming a mere mortal man again, but I think it will go smoothly. Unfortunately its not really in my genetics to be big and swole...so we'll see what happens.

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

Well its been over 3 weeks since my last injection now and I figured I'd wrap this up. I weighed in yesterday at 162lbs, much to my surprise. I lost around 10lbs in a couple of weeks which pretty much pissed me off....but on the plus side I have not had any strength loss in the weight room and continue to increase my weight or rep amounts weekly. I have suffered no ill side effects post-cycle except for the weight loss. No lethargy or mood-swings, no gyno and no erectile dysfunction.

All in all it was a pretty cool experience and I accomplished my main goal which was to simiply see what it was like. Can't say if I'd do another cycle or not anytime soon, but I definitely have a new appreciate for it. Guy, seriously, thanks for all your help and advice. Its not often to find a forum that treats new members with such respect, and I really appreciate it.

Keep training hard!

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

you lost weight but do you look different.. do you think you lost a lot of muscle? did you change your diet from when you were on?

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

I don't think I've lost a lot of muscle, just based on strength. I never took any measurements or anything, but my clothes fit the same. I didn't really alter the diet and still eat as beastly as possible, so I was surprised to see any weight loss.

Re: Test E for repair and recovery...not necessarily size. Discuss and critique pleas

the weight is mostly from glycogen and water. dont sweat it if you look the same and the weights are still going up.

Good work here. Great picts and you definitely kept things in perspective, adapted, and kept a log. Knowledge is definitely power here.
