wassup bros ive been eating a ton of chicken breasts lately but my chicken has been comming out really dry...any secret recipies for keeping your chicken moist and tender...

What has seemed to work for me is I throw them on the grill still frozen. Don't know why it works or if that is even it, but they certainly aren't dry.

I will also pour a zesty italian dressing on them while they are on the grill from time to time.

The frozen thing works for hamburger patties
as well - toss em on frozen and they cook up
nice (at least the thin ones you get from sam's).

Buy chicken breasts with the bone in and grill
them with the bone down for the most part,
flipping them to the chicken side for awhile to
get some browning on that side.

You can marinade them in italian dressing for
a few hours for taste. Right before pulling them
off the grill sprinkle the breasts with McCormick
Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning - yummy!

i cook skin and boneless breasts with some olive oil.. i also sprinkle cajun spice on each side before cooking.. tastes good .. doesnt go dry unless u overcook it :)

I find that if you cook skinless breast w/ a bit of water..slow..it doesnt get dry...also try topping it (while cooking) w/ seasoning/sauce mixes, like pesto..it is soo good..just add the dry packet, that way you are not adding all those nasty calories/fat used in preparing the sauce.:p
