I'm taking a few different supplements, but don't know if I should be taking them all at once. I like to just choke them down all at the same time to get it over with, but don't know if I should be. This is long, but please bear with me here.....

I'm taking the following:

Cardio Breeze

Sesamax

Green Tea

Echinacea

Fish Oil

Avlimil (for hormonal balance) Contains: sage leaf, red raspberry leaf, kudzu root extract, red clover extract, capsicum pepper, licorice root, bayberry fruit, damiana leaf, valeriana root, ginger root and black cohosh root.

Ultimate Coral Calcuim Xtra (as a multi) Contains:
Vitamins:
a 51%
c 150%
d 225%
e 150%
b-1 100%
b-2 100%
b-3 100%
b-6 100%
Folic Acid 100%
b-12 100%
b-5 100%
calcium 40%
magnesium 50%
zinc 100%
selenium 150%
manganese 300%
chromium 75%

Total Need (super charged antioxidant) contains:
Vitamins:
a 100%
c 500%
e 700%
b-6 2000%
zinc 200%
selenium 200%
molybodenum 200%

...also contains, but not recognized by the fda:
CoQ10 4mg
Ginko Biloba 40mg
American Ginseng 10mg
Glucosamine Sulfate 200mg
MSM 100mg
ALA 50mg
Green Tea Extract 50mg
Pine Bark Extract 20mg
Grape Seed Extract 50mg
Milk Thistle Extract 50mg
Quercetin (Blue Green Algae) 50mg
L Glutathione 10mg

...so there it is. Some of it is duplicated in different supps also. Any input or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Do you take all of these all at once in the morning or something?

I wouldn't take the Sesamax and Cardio Breeze together...unless you're about to workout.

Plus that, Cardio Breeze already has Green Tea in it.... So you could possibly just take your Green Tea and then save the Cardio Breeze for workouts...?

When I had a nutritionist, she had me separate my vitamins/supplements into groups. One group early morning, then wait at least 15-20 minutes to take my others...she said that way it properly digests. Sometimes I honestly get in a hurry and don't have time to wait, but I try to. And I know that you aren't supposed to take vitamins and minerals together (and if you do, on an empty stomach) -- if not, this will decrease the absorbtion of the minerals.

I WAS taking them all at once to get it overwith, but then thought I probably shouldn't do that. So I've started splitting them up throughout the day. I just didn't know if maybe there were things in one that would inhibit the absorbtion of another that maybe I should be thinking about. The Sesamax and CB I've always taken separate though.
