Yeah at least u got one. You'll never see that in la or nyc unless they want to rip apart city streets and tear down buildings to make streets bigger for them.

Looks to me like that Chevy is in the parking lane. However, the dumbass is parked over the line. The bike lane looks like it is to the right of the lines in between the parking meters.

It appears the bike lane is the furthest right lane which is normal in all cities that have bike lanes.

I'm not seeing that based on the pic.

In our city most of the time the bike lane is the right most "travel lane" but then there is a parking lane to the right of the bike lane even. In this case, the parking lane is to the left of the bike lane. The problem with this bike lane is simply that it is too narrow. This is a major downtown street. As you can tell, if one person parks too far in, it blows the whole thing.
