T Bar

How many out there use the T bar row that you stand and kinda sit back?How did you like it? I seem to get a good pump in my lats and traps. Just to make sure, could you tell me the appropriate techinque in performing this lift?

I didn't mind it... used it way back when.. I prefer DB rows though...
 
Sometimes I sit back instead of resting my chest on the pad. this is mostly when i work with heavy weights and I just never feel comfortable with all that pressure on my chest and ribs. So I sit back and row away, gret for the rear delts, lats, and rhomboids....
 
I like this excercise because you can go pretty heavy. I used an underhand grip to get more lower lat. I only do chest supported rows and DB rows now because I'm watching my lower back. But if you can do it with no problems, go for it, it's an awesome excecise.
