I think Blackop was just joking,at least thats how I took it. I've never heard of anyone getting amazing results from guggul. A few people had talked about using adipokinetix with guggulbolic, and they said they didn't notice any benefical results adding guggul to adipo. I have read that adding guggul to lipok intended to enchance fat loss is a waste, since lipok has t2 in it.
