Has anyone ever had an allergic reaction to supplements? Right now I'm taking:
Niacin
Vita-C
Tribulus
Ephedrene
19-Norandrodiol (Oral and transdermal w/DMSO)
DHEA
Protein Shakes
Multi-Vita
L-Glutamine
Zinc
Been taking these for awhile but have never experienced any sides. I'm getting these little pimple looking things (not dense - just a few) on my back, arms, chest, stomach, legs and they itch really bad. I did go hiking this past weekend, maybe it is related to that but the symptoms started around Wednesday of this week. I've been eating the same foods so I don't think it's that. Any comments or suggestions appreciated. If it doesn't clear up I may have to go to the doctor.
