So yesterday I woke up feeling pretty good my back was a little stiff but loosened up as I got up and around. I got to the gym early and got in back and biceps.

Still going a little light my back isnt 100% yet but getting there

wide grip PD-100x10,110x10,120x10

T-bar rows-90x10,100x8,110x8

DB Rows-45x10,50x10,55x10

SLDL-90x10 for 3 sets

BBL curls 65x8,70x8,70x8

Alt. DB curls 30x10,35x10,35x10

40min on spin bike HR 140 avg.

Thanks Zed like you said we can always pump weights later! I am about 90% right now I should be able to get back at it by next week. :evil:

I took yesterday off and didn't do much of nothing.

I woke up this morning feeling great got up early and hit up some legs no squats but I will throw them back in the mix next week.

10min warm up on the treadmill

Leg Press-180x12,270x10,360x8,380x6

calve raises-180x15,200x15,220x15

Abs more weighted crunches and leg lifts both 3x20 topping off at 120 on the crunches.

finished off with 35min on the stair gauntlet

Back feels great no pain at all today. I will hit up shoulders and tri's tomorrow take a day off and then get back to the routine I was doing B4 I got hurt.
