Back is feeling much better today was able to get a good work out in with some cardio. I am pretty stoked I was getting pretty bored.
15min warm up on the treadmill
Flat bench- 135x10,135x10,165x10
Incline- 135x10,145x10,155x10
dips 3x8
V-bar press down 50x10,55x10,60x10
Rope Ext. 35x10,40x10,45x10
35min cardio on spin bike HR 140
I am just easing back into it. It sucks being out for 2 weeks. Hopefully I will be able to push a little harder next week we will see how it goes. That is all my good bros Rock ON
