Nice legs. For some reason the 1st pic takes away from the delts I know you have. I think you did a great job and I am so proud of you. :heart:

How did butt/glutes end up? Abs?

Butt/glutes were soft in my eyes but that was typical amoung all my ham development etc for sure killed any ladies in figure. Even pairing my legs down they still dwarfed the competition. I am very happy though I like the blance I brought this year. I didn't bring up my shoulders and will continue to.
My abs were not where I wanted them to be. I did end up smoother there perhaps the cortizol spike from nearlly passing out over prejudging. At best I had a 4 pack.
My muscles did look a lot fuller after cheating. I will be starting a contest prep in January for a April and or May show. Yeah that is far out but it will be a more graudal thing not full balls to the walls all at once. I was 138 Friday morning my aim is not to go above 150 tell January and to be a middle weight I need to get to 124 or less which is do able. I do want to get there ahead of time so I can tweak and play with carb loads and fats loads. Filling out for body building will be a lot diffrent then for figure. I am excited for the new chapter for me and my body.

Well I was bloated like a stuff pig after the pizza. LOL But sushi not so bad. My umm movements are still not normal I go daily but near the end of prep I was going like clock work 20-30 minutes after a meal. I haven't stepped on the scale yet :worried: Maybe tomorrow morning :worried: I expect at least 10 lbs bounce because of water but I know things will balance out last time it took a month to rebound and be normal.
 
You look great, but you certainly have the body for BB over Figure. Your lower body is just too developed and full for figure (like me).

I agree with Bunny - your delt development was lost in the first pic (angle?). Not meaning any of this bad - you look awesome. Can't wait for more pics, they are very inspiring.
