I'm natural too and hope that sometime soon in the future, I'll be competing in MuscleMania.
right now getting back from an injury...but I'll be ok. Squats and deads hurt still, but the pain is getting less after each workout.
Could you pls post an average training schedule of yours? With weight and rep sequence.
