Well I am finally back everyone...it has only been 25 days since my last update, can you say procrastination! No really, I had celebrated Thanksgiving with my dad & step-mom and my family down south from me, went to Yosemite for a day picnic with my girls, and was trying to do some family healing with my oldest daughter who I love more than anything in this world...but have to let her go and let God take care of her now as she is an adult and is going to live her life her way, even if I don't agree...anyway it has been a struggle within for me for the past 3 weeks and that is why I have been absent here. As many of you who know me, my family comes first and if things aren't right in the family...things aren't right for me.
Then a tragedy like the shooting in the elementary school happens the other day and it really makes you feel blessed that you have your family at home with you and you want to spend every waking moment with them, because life really is too short. I can't fathom how those parents feel losing their children for no reason at all...just taken from them! I have been praying for them and the friends and families affected by the event, and really trying to spend as much time with my girls and working on things with my oldest daughter...who won't have any part of me at the moment and it hurts.
Anyway, enough doom and gloom...want to get an update here for my log, revive it and keep it moving forward. I will let all of you know that I have NOT slacked off on training or the cycle, or my goals for that matter. Everything has been going really well, just haven't logged any of it. I am not going to try and type up 25 days of what I did, sorry, but will from here on out again. SO here is where I am with my cycle...
Week 15:
245 lbs (
+24 lbs since starting) and still fairly lean, just carrying a little bit in my midsection, chest, and lower back.
Besides a little anxiety and feeling down with the family issues been dealing with, I still feel that Alpha Male aggression and sense of wellbeing! This is what I am currently doing on cycle:
Cycle:
Test Cyp: 500mg EW (250mg x2 EW)
EQ: 600mg EW (300mg x2 EW)
Tren Ace: 400mg EW (100mg EOD)
Proviron: 75mg ED
Aromasin: 37.5mg ED
Anavar: 60mg ED...started the Var on November 26th, running it for 6 weeks
HCG: 500iu EW (250iu x2 EW)
All other support supplements have not changed, except for I have been supplementing with some mood enhancing supplements like
5-HTP, GABA, SAMe, and
N2 Sleep at night to help with my minor insomnia from stress and the Tren. I will tell you stress will kill you, so will worry and fear...everything a dad goes through for his daughter to make sure she is ok and safe, but then has no real control anymore, it will make you feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster that won't stop! So started these supplements a couple weeks ago (
NTBM and
Mr. Supps Premium Powders) and they really have been helping, been sleeping at night much better...that and the wife has been very actively in the mood which helps
.
My nutrition has been ok, I really do eat clean 90% of the time, but during the past few weeks there were times where I just did not have an appetite, so either just a shake or something light to eat just to get the calories in. My water intake hasn't been the best either since the weather is colder and I don't have the thirst that I normally would, but am drinking as much as I can during the day.
It is funny, you can set up a cycle and try and have everything in order so you can focus on what you waht to accomplish...but when you are a father, husband, son, and employee...shit just comes up and gets in the way of your path. So hurdles are inevitable in life, just have to get through them and keep moving forward. Today was a day off the gym, and will be training legs tomorrow.

10:00 AM: N2 Bulk Shake w/Almond Milk
1:00 PM: 2 cups Homemade Turkey Chili, 1/4 c Shredded Low Fat Cheese, 2 c Coastal Kale Salad, 20oz water
4:00 PM: 13 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 1 packet Organic Low Sugar Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
7:00 PM: 2 cups Homemade Turkey Chili, 1/4 c Shredded Low Fat Cheese, 2 c Coastal Kale Salad, 20oz water
9:00 PM: Protein shake OR Nonfat Greek Yogurt w/scoop protein powder (pudding) OR almonds & raisins...not sure yet

I am still on IF, although I have hooked up with another bro, Ledhead, who has been helping me a bit and will be working with eachother as we both have competitions in July 2013. He is going for his Pro Card, and I am just getting back on stage after 5 years like you all know except that I am going to tkae 1st place and will qualify for Nationals!!! That is my goal, to come into the competiton 240 lbs @ 4-5%, and Led has some tweaks he sees I should make to reach that goal. I will do whatever it takes to reach my goal, and I know there are many of you who will keep me motivated and honest, and I won't let any of you down.
Again I do apologize for my absence here, I know I have said it before, but I will not let this lapse for 25 days again!!!
