Tonight I had Friday's Jack Daniel's steak with mashed potatoes and rice. Some potatoe skins, buffalo wings, mozzerella sticks, and doritoes with some apple pie a few hours later. I eat really good and on a practically starvation diet Monday through Thursday. Just the basics. Then starting Friday I will start to eat more clean foods then most likely go out at night and drink with the boys. Saturday I don't take any thermogenics at all and everything and anything in sight. Sunday half my food throughout the day is clean then dinner is all I can eat again. I just started this last week and I feel so much better and my muscles feel so much fuller. YUMM!!!!!
