Subway?????

What do you all thing of subway....a 12" roasted chicken breast has 40 something grams of protein in it, and thats just the meat, plus you throw it on some wheat bread and you have a nice chunk of carbs, lettuce, hot peppers, light mayo, spinach, and some olives, i dont think you can go wrong....what do you all think........Is subway good or is it junk??????
 
AHHHHH I eat subway all the time!!!!! Time to say goodbye i guess......Man I was drooling just thinking about having a Roasted Chicken Breast for a pre dinner eat......I guess im just gonna have a Steak and go sit outside subway and hate them for tricking me into thinking their food was "fresh"........Dirtbags Are there any places other than my house where i can eat decent food?? and not get fat???
 
What would you like to achieve here? Are you looking for the easy way out? Something convenient? Can you cook? Do you workout?

Not the easy way out.......but they taste great, and i was reading their nutritional guide and they seemed healthy........I am just getting back into lifting, because of my injury when i was a Marine, but i do know that there is no such thing as getting huge fast, and the only place you will find success before work is in the dictionary.......I know that i can only gain 2-3 lbs a week the healthy way.......Basically i am looking for some kind of size, i am around 185 right now and prolly 18 percent body fat, i just want to get my proteins and carbs as natural as possible without having to take a whole lot of supplements.......I can cook somewhat, but very limited......Steaks, eggs, chicken, fish, and pastas and what not...nothing fancy.....I can also grill really well.....but who cant??? The reason subway was my choice, is because i am constantly on the go, or working and dont have a whole lot of time to sit at home and cook.......any advice you have would be great......thank you........ Oh and as for lifting, i hit the gym Mon Wed Fri, and as for cardio i do the bike for 20 min after my leg workout (to ease the soreness) and i run on sat mornings for about 30 minutes.......my metabolism will spike very easily if i do too much cardio and i will lose weight real fast, so i try to stay away from it......but i will never stop doing it completely
