try mixing your protein so its at a 'pudding' consistancy, ie not much water, then add the flax...its really yummy like this. When its a liquid shake it tastes like shit

THIS^^ is very true and makes it much better, I never add alot of water, I like thick shakes especially if your using water, too much water will really make it taste like shit.
