12:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, and 6oz Greek Yogurt.
3:00 PM: 8 oz. Ground Turkey, yams, veggies, 1 cup Brown Rice
6:00 PM: Same as above
9:00 PM: Tuna w/Chili Corn Salsa, 1 tbsp. Wasabi Mayo, 2 Whole Grain tortillas, 6 oz. Greek Yogurt w/scoop of Rocky Road protein.
Mood/Feeling:
Just taking care of mom today and watching football. Felt good, then came home and the wife made me feel a whole lot better!!! As I said, she gets more and hornier each and every time we have excellent sex!!! She starts coming up with fun ideas!!! Ok, enough of that…it was a great day! Oh, yes feeling fantastic!!! Energy levels are better than before, and muscles are dense and full…shit is really starting to kick in!!!
