Well for me, and did blood work to prove it. 1000mgs of test and 600mgs of EQ for 6 months straight and my Lipid profile actually improved. Kidneys and liver were fine as usual also. So for me test isnt what I would consider dangerous and Eq is a great anabolic.
But Im well aware this applies only too me and wouldnt advocate if for someone else. Only through years of training, routine blood work and knowing my body do I know what I can and cant get away with.
Also, I dont do drugs or recs and use a ton of supplements. Diet is shit tho but I think diet is overated unless trying to be lean. As far as health goes I think its mostly genetics.
And I was just kidding. I actually have about 4 times your muscle mass.
