Stop Recommending Testosterone To Newbies!

well like nelson, i like smaller doses and longer cycles, some as long as 20 wks my belief is quick to gain-quick to loose, most of those are test or D bol!

The main thing to keep in mind here is that we are all individuals and for someone like walliwalibus this thread has gotten a little confusing due to the differing thoughts and opinions. Simply put though this is primarily thoughts and opinions expressed here and no one person is specifically correct.

Some of us older guys understand that a little better because we have the advantage of hindsight but newer guys don't. We have run many differing cycles and seen others do the same. Over time we have formed "opinions" on what works best but there are and always will be exceptions. What we express as our opinions though is based on evidence we have witnessed and this allows us to make somewhat informed judgements based on that evidence. For the most part those opinions relate well to the majority and that is why people come to forums like this seeking advice from those that know a little better than we ourselves do, myself included. I am always learning and like this sport it is always evolving.

So my advice to anybody feeling a little confused from this thread is don't take things too literal and utilise everything written here and goes for this forum as a whole as base to expand your own knowledge. Your not going to know what works for you until you yourself start to experiment a little. Use the most common, standard approaches and advice as a starting point and then go from there. As you get into future cycles and understand your own personal reactions to differeing stacks and gear you will develop a sense of what is working well for you and what is not.
 
Oh, I enjoy his threads. They always invoke actual thought and I can appreciate that. He uses smaller doses, likes shorter cycles. I like higher doses and longer cycles. He likes looking fit and I like having 3 times his muscle mass while still being aesthetically pleasing.:biggrin:

A little dig, eh? Okay, fair enough. I wouldn't say you have 3 times more muscle though. Or 2 times. Not sure you have much more muscle than me at all but...that's neither here nor there. Then again, I've probably got a good 15 years on you. Come back to me and let's see what you look like at 54. (55 TOMORROW! Nov 4)

And keep in mind, I went from a scrawny 150 pound 38 year old to a 180 pound body model at age 40 100% NATURAL. I also competed and placed in the NPC on dosages you might consider a bridge. Try that sometime. That takes a lot of knowledge and a lot of hard work.

So if you're deriding small, safe cycles because I'm not 250 pounds, I'm willing to take a little ribbing. But ANYONE can do a lot of gear and get bigger. And ANYONE can recommend it. But advice that actually provides helpful information that provides the best results at the smallest risks takes knowledge. And that's more what I'm about. And I think it's more along the lines of what people want to hear. But...to each his own.

Well for me, and did blood work to prove it. 1000mgs of test and 600mgs of EQ for 6 months straight and my Lipid profile actually improved. Kidneys and liver were fine as usual also. So for me test isnt what I would consider dangerous and Eq is a great anabolic.

But Im well aware this applies only too me and wouldnt advocate if for someone else. Only through years of training, routine blood work and knowing my body do I know what I can and cant get away with.

Also, I dont do drugs or recs and use a ton of supplements. Diet is shit tho but I think diet is overated unless trying to be lean. As far as health goes I think its mostly genetics.

And I was just kidding. I actually have about 4 times your muscle mass.:p
