Steroids for Injuries

deca is overrated when it comes to stuff like this. you are an endurance athlete and want to mess with deca, whoever gave you that advice is ignorant.

DO NOT, and I do mean DO NOT mess with anti-inflammatories.. i should make a sticky and stick it at the top of every forum on here telling you not to. at 26 if you start messing with anti-inflammatories you will end up looking like King Tut by 35 years old. the inflammation is your body healing itself.. why on earth would you want to shut it off and make further damage?

RADAR hit the nail on the head. you need to add omega's to your diet. and you need to pick up some krill oil.. you can buy a nice amount off NTBM for dirt cheap. you are young so I will tell you straight up you need to learn to listen to your body. if you need to take a full week or two off then so be it. don't keep pounding away at injuries

let us know how much better you get after trying krill oil. from everyone i know they feel a very fast improvement

Thanks a lot, all you guys for the info. And taking the time to answer my question. Yeah, listening to my body is the hardest part. Was in the military, so it's been driven into me to work through pain, go hard, blah blah blah... which is why hardcore army guys are usually crippled in their 30's. That Jell-O thing is interesting too. I know jello is made from animal bones or something to the effect so it makes sense.

I'm going to order some Krill oil and a few other treats off that site asap. Thanks to who provided the discount code as well!

The krill is coming in the mail. Can't wait. Anyone on here have an opinon on Adequan? I just recently heard about this. Sounds like it has been beneficial for speedy recovery from joint injuries. What about for day to day maintenance/strengthening of joints?
