i know most of you will quote 'to better myself and boldly go where i havent gone before' but im curious how you keep the intensity and application to training 'heavy' ?
My own reasons are simple, too many years of being unhappy and too lazy to do anything about it. I dont want to go back there, ever. But im finding it hard to focus on my training at the moment. Stress is a large factor (parents messy divorce and my sister has medical problems) but i usualy feel good after bashing the weights around, just lacking that drive and focus.
any tips ?
