Well thanks to the many threads and stickies...I have finally accomplished to get started in my getting fit and trim b4 the wedding mission.
I have started light but have targetted my diet mostly...
This is what I have done so far:
Eliminate my usual coffe with milk (Cuban style) with crackers and butter and replaced it with fruits, or oatmeal
I have my morning 30-min cardio about an hour after breakfast and then a protein shake
For Lunch it depends
Chicken Breast on Forman Grill and veggies
Tuna salad
or Chicken and a Baked potato (not loaded )
Then I will probably have a snack, either almonds or 5 crackers with cottage cheese or some fruit ... I would like to eat a protein bar everyonce in a while but I dont know which ones will be more suitable.
In the evening I ussually do my weight training. I started from my waist down Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and upper body Tuesday and Thursday. Sunday I plan to incorporate my Pilates or aerobics, or maybe swimming ....
I have assigned Saturday as my not-so-cheat-day. Since even though I will not be working out or pigging out, I dont have to be so stiff as to what I eat, but being concious still.
I have been considering using Yohimburn, since I have heard and read that it is good...but I might need some good advice as to where to buy it from. And also if you have any ideas as far as what I could add to the little fit plan I have started or if I should be doing anything else please let me know. Also I am taking 5-HTP at night before bed about 50mg, I was recommended that by someone at the gym any feedback on that would be greatly appreciated.
I just started working out and dieting on Monday, but I feel a lot more energized, stronger and relaxed, besides I feel like I am accomplishing something. I will see if I can post some pics of now and through the progress to see if this works...
