Started my fall leaning out diet today. 4 weeks of HELL!!! Well sort of....

Yeah I know it's winter and I should be concentrating on mass but I don't care for the bloated mass look anymore. I'm pretty lean right now at 210 pounds at 5'10 but want to get down to a fully ripped up 200 pounds and I wanna do it in 4 weeks. Shouldn't be a problem.

Diet will consist of small evenly spaced meals containing high protein, low/moderate carbs and moderate fat intake. Will have a cheat day on Saturday but nothing crazy.

Thermogenic supplements will be a regular dose of Stacker II's, Xenadrine, and pure yohimbine hcl taken 3 times a day. Off on Saturday's. Will still be on clomid and femera during this phase as well.

Training will be as follows:

Monday - Chest, Triceps and later in the evening my Krav Maga classes
Tuesday - Delts and my Krav Maga class
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Off/Optional: Krav Maga
Friday - Back, Biceps, Forearms, Abs
Saturday and Sunday - Off

Ahhh these next 4 weeks should be fun. After that I will focus on gaining quality muscle and strength and further improving on my conditioning and speed.
 
Oh and I forgot to add I just ordered some Desighner Whey Protein and will be taking an extra 105 grams of that protein every day. 2 scoops 3 times a day. :D

I bought 10 pounds worth which should last me a little over 4 weeks. :D :D :D

BTW - this is the first time I'm taking consistent protein supplements every day in over a year. I'm sure with this high quality protein I should definately see and feel a difference.
 
I am on the same thing. I am 5'11" and 230lbs. Trying to drop to 200lbs atleast for around the end of december. I am doing something similar as yours but ofcourse adding cardio. Doing AM and PM sessions. I'll come back to this thread and keep u updated on my progress as well and Mike P.T. do not give up man, yours is only 4 weeks :) mine is way longer :) Keep up the good work and keep me updated with your progress as well
 
Sounds like a good plan to me bud! 1 cheat day a week when dieting, your crazy! I wish I could ahndle that lol! If I have more then 1 per month when dieting I feel like a blimp ;) I know what you mean about cardio but I have to do it when dieting. I find that skipping and wind sprints work great for me and are not as boring as the typical treadmill or bike.

we got the same stats and same goal ,,i started ckd today. I wanan lean out before i go on my next cycle some time after new years.
