If you are in a state where the age of consent is 16.. but you go on vacation to a state where the age of consent is higher... say 18.. could you get arrested for boning a 15 year old?

If you are dating a girl that young, then she probably has no issues at all... other than the fact she'd date someone 10 years or more older than her at her ripe young age... also, she'd have nothing upstairs in the effect of an opinion of real life....

Now, as for the legal issue. It depends. Are you married, or not married. Most states will honor the marrage ages of other states... like if you are married at 14 and then move to California where the age is 18, they won't get your for statutory rape.

However, just dating, I think you can get busted... as it is the same as a strict liability... you fuck her, then you pulled a stat rape.

I think a good rule of thumb is not having sex with anyone so young that you have to worry about getting arrested for doing it.
