Here are the vids. They just look horrible. Knees moving fwd, not sitting back, don't feel comfortable hitting parallel...but I will fix all of them.
When you watch the vids you can see that on some sets I lean fwd A LOT. My lower back is still hurting from Sunday (rack pulls...lol) and I just don't feel comfortable sitting back just yet. It will come though...
I WILL fix all of them. This is just the start!!!!
I've watched the vid about 100 times today and I just didn't even hit parallel Darn it... I'll get it though...I need to hit those box squats.
I might also try to do a set of 5 with 405 or so this next week (without the box) and work on my hip strength as well as feeling comfortable going deeper.... What do you think?
