Well, I squatted today. First time squatting in a month because of my injury. I had problems hitting parallel because of balance (around the right leg, hamstring, knee area) problems. I watched the vids and it looked kinda funny...like the weight owned me instead of the other way around. Anyway, this was my general workout..

Squat:
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 2
405 x 1
495 x 1
545 x 1 (loose briefs and loose belt)
585 x 1 (loose briefs and loose belt)
635 x 1 (loose single ply suit, loose briefs, tighter belt)
225 x 5

Power Stair Deadlift
3 sets up to 330 x 5 reps

Pulthroughs
heavy band x 8 x 3 sets

Reverse Hypers
BW x 8 x 2 sets

Standing one leg band ham curls
light band x 10 x 2 sets

Abs

Various hip exercises with bands.

Right leg is a little 'tight' at the moment. Using lots of absorbine JR and will take 1 ibuprofen before bedtime. Lots of stretching ahead of me, but this is progress. The 635 felt hard, like I was out of control. It will come back....first time squatting in a month. First time doing anything like it in a month...

Next week...back to box squatting dynamically (hopefully) and I plan to take a couple of heavier sets afterwards (500-625).

When you see the video you will see how 'wacky' the sets look...lol. I think that the suit was throwing me off a lot...or maybe it is because my lower spine is still killing me from the rack pulls on Sunday.

Progress...is all I can ask for.
