Squats and Height loss

Dangerous

New member
I just started weight training and it seems like Squats, Deadlifts and Bench press are the mass building exercises. I'm worried about the squats because I've heard that you can lose inches off your height doing them. Has anyone ever experienced this?

thanks.

True , you will shrink...if you squat too much you will look like
Min-Me!!:D ..seriously though if you do a before and after higth check you will find yourself shorter, but measure yourself the next day and you will be back to normal.

Dude, i wouldn't worry about it. If you take height measurements from morning and evening, you will find that you lose height just walking around during the day.

it fixes itself at night while you lay down. As your laying in bed, falling alseep, you should lay on your back. This will let your back relax and your spine will relax along with it.

But dude, don't worry, the shorter you get, the bigger your proportions will be :D
