doing a compound session, but want to include some legs/back
I was thinking,
start of with
Pull ups wide/close
Seated rows
Lat pulldowns
Squats
Bent over rows
Maybe leg extension also.
Does this seem silly to anyone? its lower back/upper thigh incoperated with back?
