S Serea New member Jun 17, 2003 #1 I got over my fear of squats and did some good work today. It's not much compared to you guys but I broke a psychological hurdle with it: 160x5, 160x5, 170x5, 180x3 I should have tried 190. Can't wait to get to 200 and beyond!
